Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to take advantage of the 17% discount. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly plans have no long-term commitment — you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year and provide significant savings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Can I add or remove users mid-cycle?
Absolutely. For per-user plans (Managed IT, Email & Collaboration), you can add users at any time and you'll be prorated. Removing users takes effect at the next billing cycle.
