Cloud Magic Technology Group LLC ("CMTG," "we," "our," or "us") sends text messages to employees and authorized partners for internal business communications. This page describes our SMS program, how consent is collected, and how recipients can manage their preferences.
Who Receives SMS Messages
SMS messages are sent exclusively to CMTG employees and authorized partners who have provided explicit consent during the onboarding process. We do not send marketing or customer-facing messages through this program.
What We Send
Messages through this program include:
- Operational updates and scheduled maintenance notifications
- IT support alerts and system status notices
- Team scheduling reminders and agenda notifications
- Internal announcements relevant to your role
How Consent Is Collected
Employees and authorized partners provide consent during onboarding by completing a checkbox acknowledgment on the Employee/Partner Communications Policy form. The disclosure presented at the time of opt-in includes:
- The CMTG brand name and messaging purpose
- Expected message frequency
- Instructions for opting out (reply STOP) and getting help (reply HELP)
- Links to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- Notice that message and data rates may apply
No messages are sent to any individual who has not completed the opt-in step during onboarding.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational needs. You may receive multiple messages per week during periods of high activity (e.g., scheduled maintenance windows) or fewer during quiet periods.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. CMTG does not charge recipients for SMS messages.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To re-subscribe, reply START.
